We are currently fundraising for the next fund in the Pursuant portfolio, “Fund 1”, the first under the Pursuant brand. While some investments carry over from work in Cadence Labs, each of the opportunities below are targeted to invest proprietary capital into their equity structures.

The fund is targeted at $5M, with a fixed $500k management fee, $4.5M working investment capital targeted at both early stage equity and strategic majority positions.
